PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUNDS

All EleVitae product purchases are backed by a (30) thirty-day satisfaction guarantee. Our customers have up to (30) thirty days from the day of purchase to contact EleVitae if there’s been any shipping damages or if not satisfied with the product(s). The customer will have up to (60) sixty days from the day of purchase to return the product in its original packaging which should include any non-used products. A full refund, less shipping and handling costs, will be processed within (14) fourteen days of receipt of returned product(s). In the case of an exchange requested by the customer, the exchanged product(s) will be shipped within (5) five days of receipt of returned unused product(s).

Our Affiliate Membership is FULLY refundable if requested within (14) fourteen days of purchase, as long as no product orders have been purchased and no commissions have been paid out to the Affiliate.
